Duck in Plum Sauce – local duck breast cooked in a delicious fruity plum sauce, beautifully lean and of course no sinews.

Salmon Fillet – Fresh salmon supplied by R. G. Morris gently steamed in white wine and herbs.

Chicken Chasseur – Pieces of fresh chicken breast cooked in white wine, onion, garlic tomato and fresh herbs.
